Cancellation Policy
Same Day Cancellation & No Shows: Appointments cancelled on the day of the service or no shows will result in a 100% cancellation fee being charged. A 15-minute grace period after the start time of your appointment is given before charging this fee.
Cancellations Within 48 Hours: For appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled service, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
